 Welcome!

A Sketch of New York Productions Inc. is a 501 c(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, elevating, and rebuilding the sense of community in the arts that allowed New York City to once become the collaborative theater capital of the world in a not just NONexploitative, but ANTIexploitative way.

We have worked with over 2,000 actors and staged over 225 individual unique runs of shows since 2016!

Look at those smiling faces!

“This was a delightful show. Very entertaining worth the value. I really liked this charming venue off Broadway and the actors amazing. I can’t find a single negative thing to say about this show.” - Show-Score.com user Brian S 3077, about A Play of Sorts

"Jo and Darien were so supportive! They encouraged us throughout the process and taught us various things about acting, stages, and this industry. I definitely became more comfortable acting on stages after experiencing shows with them. They made a space for us to connect with other actors and give us the opportunities to perform with them again! It is a tough world but A Sketch of New York is a very actor-friendly production. Would love to work with them again!" - Azumi Tsutsui
